There are several foods out there we can list right off the top of our heads as the idea snack for weight loss or even beauty secrets. But there are only a few certain that we can consider as a "home run" to the name of dieting, as they are called power foods, and live up to their names. Here I will list a few that have their benefits high on the list. Keep up with them and you might just as well keep up with your physique, and that turquoise cock-tail dress.

1) Dark Chocolate: Dark chocolate is well known for its famous cures to everything, as it is dynamic in every such way for a woman when it comes to a food in particular. It has a little bit of everything and even the benefits of a so called nutritious and voluptuous fruit. Being the best of the best, it has more antioxidants than the famous name of "acai" berries and is rich in minerals and good fats, which is what makes it so good for dieting. The fats that come from this dark-brown chewy bar we all crave, are far from animal fats, but instead plant-based. Cocoa, the original plant where chocolates come from, contains high percentages of iron, magnesium, copper, manganese, potassium and even phosphorus, zinc and selenium with a good amount of fiber. The fats it contains are also good for regulating brain normality and function and also boosting up your immunity, which explains why it makes you feel so alive and fulfilled when it enters your belly. It is a healthy solution to your unbearable cravings late in the evening and also a easy bulls-eye to great energy at the start of your morning. In choosing dark chocolate you should aim for the genuine, organic ones with 70 percent "cocoa" content or higher. On the contrary, even though, dark chocolate is so rich in nutrients and satisfies you well, one should consume it in moderation. Just two small tabs one to three times a week at most is best. As expected, it still has a good amount of calories.
2) Blackberries: Blackberries are quite light on calories on the other hand. They have a quality count of vitamins that make them a good couples snack with dark chocolate, providing you with a pea and a pod package to minerals and vitamins throughout the week. They are good for dieting, because they consist of almost 90 percent water, and not to mention this makes for good digestive health, as well. Being packed with nutrients, even minerals and fiber, and so delicious, they are good for a healthy snack on the run that is low on calorie content and at the same time satisfying to cravings. Not to mention, it contains also a great affect on long-term health as with a handful of blackberries you get a good amount of Vitamin K too. This regulates easy blood flow in the veins and heart, leading to ease of nutrients to all cells. And the cause and effect is healthy weight management and a blooming face throughout the day.
3) Almonds: Almonds contain what blackberries and dark chocolate don't really give. They are famous for their special type of fats of "amino acids". Amino acids are what make up our whole body, our cells, muscles and tissues. They are a composite of our physical being and proteins. Without these we cannot function at best. Amino acids are like the gas to our running motors, especially during dieting. They give life to our tissues and cells. Meirion Jones a BBC Journalist, named the importance of amino acids this way:
“Unfortunately, in the real world countless factors are working to prevent our bodies from receiving a full and balanced supply of these all-important substances. Among these factors are the pollution caused by burning fossil-fuels, the hormones fed to cattle, the intensive use of fertilizers in agriculture, and even habits such as smoking and drinking, all of which can prevent our bodies from fully using what we eat. Worse still is the amount of nutrition that is lost from our food through processing before we actually get to eat it...By providing the body with optimal nutrition, amino acids help to replace what is lost and, in doing so, promote well-being and vitality.”
As you can conclude, almonds just take the easy route to replacing lost nutrition or energy, after any given period of time. They also add to heart health and easy weight loss, because of their easy content of monounsaturated fats. Monounsaturated fats give you good satisfaction fast and easy, after meals, with longer lasting contentment to subside hunger in a healthy manner. The best almonds are with the skin and unsalted.

4) Red Chili Peppers/Vinegar: Red chili peppers and a shot of vinegar help rev up your metabolism and burn calories. Red chili peppers contain capsaicin, a thermogenic that subsides your cravings. Vinegar helps break down the food you eat after a meal and results in healthy bowel movement. These two have the same resulting effects and aid in weight control. You can have a small red pepper before a meal to prevent cravings, once or twice a day every now and then. For vinegar, you can take apple cider flavor daily, two tablespoons in the evening after dinner, or you can pair the typical vinegar with the peppers and some fish, even, during a meal.
5) Avocado: Avocado is reported to help you feel more satisfied even when you do not eat as much as usual. It contains monounsaturated fats that fight off cholesterol and a big amount of vitamin K, which in turn manages weight control and sugar intake, and both vitamin K and these fats pushes insulin resistance. Studies have also shown well in it's amazing low-calorie findings yet big energy boosts that equate to the same energy given off in a workout supplement. It has shown to give off 40 percent less hunger cravings when eaten with meals, than when eaten without. Might as well take a green yummy fruit (yes, avocado is considered a fruit) these days with your next lunch break at the office.
6) Olive Oil: Lastly, and a super, super aid in your dieting regimen, is olive oil. Taking two tablespoons of olive oil everyday is so healthy and has been more than proven beneficial throughout the decades. According to Brynne Chandler, in article "Quick Weight Loss with Olive Oil":
"Olive oil contains 77 percent monounsaturated fat, according to the Ohio State University Extension. Monounsaturated fats are associated with lowering low-density lipoproteins — LDLs, the “bad” cholesterol — and raising the levels of high-density lipoproteins — HDLs, the “good” cholesterol — in your bloodstream. Proper balance between LDLs and HDLs can help decrease your risk of heart disease. The better your body functions, the better you feel..."
Monounsaturated fats are an easy solution to not just helping you feel physically better, but also feeling more fulfilled and appeased in a meal setting. Not to mention, olive oil has added benefits of some antioxidants you might want to catch more on.
