Why is St. Claire Monasterio a special place for every girl's broken heart? Located just in Katipunan Avenue, Quezon City, lies a Church that gives the best services everyday of the week, with two held esp. on Sunday. And one of those is for those who want a special evening visit, particularly. Filled with white Sampaguita flowers sold at the front gate and an array of colored eggs, you are supposed to go to St. Claire when you want to give an expression of gratitude to Papa Jesus or when you want to address a concern. Each egg is colored so that you can choose a topic of prayer to write a letter about, and each color only cost 40 pesos per bouquet.

Once you enter the church of St. Claire, St. Claire, herself, is rested at the center, "dead" front, next to a running fountain, where people throw wishing coins. People enter and say their first prayers, here, in front of her and give her a sign of respect with a sampaguita, which costs just ten to twenty pesos. Then walking further you will enter the particular, at rest, monastery, where there are many benches to sit down and pray in a serene enclosure. We don't know why but this place is so calm and relieving. Maybe because of the good grooming of the well kept greenery and surrounding trees or maybe because there is a certain blessing kept in the surroundings. However way, you can feel a sense of safeness from within. You will always hear birds chirping in the morning and afternoon and "kuligligs" (large crickets) singing at the evening.

There is a resting place with many tables at the back of the church, where you can sit down and think any concerning or prayers through, then write a letter. This is the most important part of your trip to St. Claire Church. Every time you write a letter, you also have to give an array of eggs as a symbol of respect, in tradition.

Why an egg? Well, because of her name. St. Claire or better yet, "Clara" translated as egg whites. The eggs are actually a symbol of a gift to have a clear mind and conscience. You give the eggs to someone supervising the box drop where you submit your letter, which is open at all hours from 6 am to 5 pm, everyday. Tuesdays are the most powerful days of prayer they say, as it is Feast Day; the day after St. Claire's death.

Who is St. Claire anyways? She is seen as a wealthy, high-class woman, 1,000 years ago, who abandoned her riches and exchanged her life to be a devoted nun and sacrificed her being even at death for her religious beliefs.

All the ever, St. Claire Church is boasted as sometimes life-altering, because when you address St. Claire with the most utmost, sincere respect, and speak from the heart, you get the most extraordinary, wonder-filled answers to your prayers. Sometimes you don't have to write a letter. You just sit at the alter in the Church and recollect all your concerns. It may not always be the answer you expected, but it will be the one you wanted in the end, because you will feel as if things fell into place. It's better if you are totally honest in your concerns, because that is the best options in opening up God's greatest healing powers.

Many people boast, that once ending a mass at the Church, they feel a strong sense of calm and overflowing peace and assurance, to their aura and mind. All their problems they let to rest, are at a new ease. The Church seems to have a quiet, invisible "string" attached to each visitor. There are many alters and well-kept, special subjects inside the Monastery, as well, and outside. Keep your notebook and pen in hand, because this is a number one go-to spot in Captial Metro Manila, Philippines, and most girls give a piece of their diaries to St. Claire every Tuesday and on weekends, when they have a break from office or schooling. This church heals. Just visit and witness it yourself. Experience your own sign of some miracles, and see what every Philippine Christian girl is talking about. The universe has a new willing favor, and it is just a letter away.
