Going through the motions at work again or even as a stay at home mom? Feeling overwhelmed with deadlines at the office? Feeling overwhelmed with complaints from people around you? Sometimes we feel too much stress after living a facade of a perfect life or maybe, not so perfect life. At these times we just want to release our emotions into productive actions if you are on the right track. This is the best solution, actually. Or maybe, on the other hand, you just want to lie in bed all day and get that bucket of ice cream, bag of chips and that espresso from Seattle's Best, and say no to every invite for lunch for a couple of days. Not so very productive, but it has its road to satisfaction. These are all actually both charming solutions, with their upsides. Maybe even taking a leave from work, and a vacation will do you the best. Either way, let's take a look at the four reasons you should just let go this weekend or during a leave from work. And why you may need it more than anything else coming up in that planner of yours, next.
1) Letting go Through Prayer brings You Confidence.
Everyone believes in something, so everyone has a little faith. Whatever your faith may be, at some time or another you want to let go of troubles or concerns through prayer. Maybe a family problem you have been putting off to think or resolute about. Maybe a financial one, on that matter, even. Maybe a problem in your career. Maybe you are in the wrong direction of passion and not growing as an individual in your job. Or maybe, even, you could be having a problem mentally or with friends, or even a significant other relation. Time to sit down, pray and reflect. If your thoughts are all jumbled get alone in a room, lock the door and write in a notebook or piece of paper, all your concerns. It helps to do this before prayer so you really can think what part of the problem you can work on and what part God can do. It is always half, half. We have to rely on ourselves more to take action in our life and not just wait for a miracle to show up at our feet, we all know. But when it is all said and done, prayer brings confidence. Once you have set it all at God's alter you feel like you can walk away knowing what to do, after all and have serenity in what is able of God. In other words, if it'll be, it will be. Just let go, and let God.
2) Taking a Breather through Family brings Comfort.
Nothing is more heartwarming than a talk with your mom, ladies. We all need our anchor and hero in our life to give us direction, since these women are our root and know us best. They also want what is best for you and have a sixth sense radar thing going on. If you don't have a mom available, talk to your sister or cousin, but usually talking "girl to girl" is the best decision, because boys don't understand the way we think or process. But having your brother or Dad with you as company is also a good idea. Just relaxing through the comfort of a loved one is a good feeling of knowing you are assured you have your loved ones always by your side, especially a strong figure like your father. And the "easiness" or "chill vibe" of a trust-worthy male figure in your life that only men can bring, gives you a peace too, especially when you are always in their company. When you hang out with your dad, you can just do something as simple as watching a baseball game or going out for a simple breakfast date, or even hanging with your other boy beshie, or not so beshie for most girls, joke, (insane) brother. Sometimes your brother knows you just as well as your mom. Dad's are not as keen or observant, sometimes, but they are a good anchor.
3) Bringing a Fresh Start with a Clean Living Space brings you at Ease.
You feel more at ease when you have a living space to call all your own and also, that is clean and organized! This is the most important thing of a girl! Are you even a girl without an organized and fresh smelling room or apartment. Not much to say here, but it's obvious that when your life is falling apart it is even worse when you come home and you have a bad scene to look at also. Adds more to that feeling. Ewww!
4) Investing in Yourself Helps You Feel Unstoppable.
When you look good, as the saying sometimes goes, you feel good. You should always have good hair, good hygiene, and fitted clothes. What you put out or give out, comes back to you ten-fold, and says alot about your aura. If you look good, others will think you respect yourself and they will also want to approach you more. Others will be in a better mood around you as well, and in turn you will too. A hand in hand situation. You will feel more able in all outputs or activities that come at you everyday, because you started first on the right track with the most important step first and foremost, the action of taking good care of yourself. It doesn't mean you need to have a lot of money. You just need to budget your money wisely to accomadate the most important thing, first. Sometimes we feel it isnt that important, especially if you are a mother with many errands and responsibilities, but we realize that once you fix yourself, you also are more eager to conquer those household activities and chores, and even your husband. You don't necessarily need a big wardrobe or grand makeup box. Just a few fitted and proper, descent wear and the proper, important hygienic supplies suited for your skin and hair. Just basic. If you can't afford what you really want, save up for it. Your kids will even feel better around you.
5) Unwinding through Music is a New Rehabilitation.
If you don't like noise, maybe you haven't listened to your type of genre or playlist. Well, now is a time to halt at any doubts or negative thoughts, because music actually gives you time to relocate your thoughts over the past week and let your mind be at rest for at least three minutes. Music is creativity released by an average person's unyielding emotions. Music inspires, uplifts, and rejuvinates. And in turn it helps you feel more productive. Don't worry you will get the gist of it, once you listened to like six songs after a hell week with your loved ones or at work. It's time to get that Spotify!
