A Girl Boss.

If you haven't been in and out of school lately, you have already probably forgotten the days when you would start each year with that colored set of gel pens, and that branded new hand bag, or if luckier laptop Apple notebook. And then when school strolled along you got tired and worn out from too much reading and writing, especially if you were in college and working part-time at night. By Christmas we are totally burnt out and then by New Years we have a new vibe thing going. We feel that we can rock whatever hits us. But all too well as known, this vibe wears out by the next few days, sadly, or two months. And if it is senior year, we are already head under water. Some people are even farther down the hole, and can't even make it to college after high school. But that is not what we are totally concerned about here. Here, we will concentrate on the fact, that we should try as much as possible to get in the right mindset for succeeding in our goals, so that when our "senior year" hits us again we can instead know how to face the challenges. We will tackle here, the course of bettering ourselves in our attitude from day to day, so we can break any self-doubts holding us back and we can be in a better mood for inspiring those all around us, bringing to ourselves even better opportunities in our job and as well, hand in hand, our relationships! Let's grant ourselves now the time to talk about how to rock that inner 'Girl Boss Mood'. For every girl it is a must.

First off, what is a Girl Boss? A girl boss is someone who has such deep self-care and self-awareness to how they treat themselves that they know what they deserve and don't deserve, and in return have such deep self-satisfaction within their self-esteem, that it overflows to others and attracts more and more opportunities to themselves. It is a rising of that inner woman attitude to such powerful lengths in all aspects of your day to day business that there is no limits to your success. Some of you experience this naturally at times, because it is innate in all women. For you who lose sight of it, however, how about we kick back into the motions now, and give you back this "innate" attitude to get you on the right track with the daydreamers of a good work ethic and so-say "I am important" sentiment in your job, love life, and esp. your goals.

Granting yourself an Open Mind to a Bigger Future.

To live out your goals you have to feel it in every way. Give yourself a chance to see yourself where you want to be, and think of yourself as already that person at that destination. Actually, this is how it is supposed to be in every-case scenario to success, even if you are a beginner. If you "suck" at first, then don't mind about it. Brush it off. Just view it as something everybody goes through. Envision: "You are an expert." Picture yourself already at that height in your destination where you want to be at and then work your way towards it, but as if you are already that person there. It is better to aim very big. You will be so accustomed to that place in your thoughts, that you will be in that area in your goals already soon, before you know it. This self-assurance will be your great motivator to working hard. You can do anything, if you just live and breathe it with a vision. Once, you achieve this attitude, you can achieve more and more successes much easily. If you want to write the most-read article of the month, or sell the best advertisement of the year in your company, then while you are doing the work, picture yourself, at that place. Eventually you will get there. You will do a good job when you move yourself in a positive light. Taking on this demeanor is not just about being positive, as people always advise, but because it is truly the key that successful women live by.

Be Positive. It Surrounds You with More Positivity.

If you feel like you are surrounded with people who are toxic, or who always bring problems to your aura during the day, then you know how the feeling is of being "life-sucked". Be satisfied with yourself first and foremost, so that in any situations you face you will always be an aid to others, instead of a problem. Be a happy person, not a sad person, to put it straight forward. Sorry, but this is what people want. And try to avoid people who are insecure, because they usually do wrong to others in the long run, out of that insecurity (aka they are unstable in treating others, if they don't know how to treat them-self.). Actually this is a common sensed notion and experience. That is why be satisfied with yourself to bring happiness to all those around you, and in return bring a better atmosphere to your goals. A Girl Boss knows all about the light of positivity. Positivity, or really, the exact term, gratitude, (accepting what is and what isn't in life with the betterment of a vision) will attract the friends and companions you really want. We are talking about the type of friends that are happy and successful too. You want to be surrounded by the best atmosphere on a daily basis, so it will bring out the best in you as well. Successful people already have achieved the personality of gratitude, and you will attract yourselves to their inner circle. You attract what you give out. Not saying you will use these people, as stepping stones, but being around other successful people will also move you in their light! They encourage you and propel you in the right directions from their positive vibes and you will also get a chance to learn from them through conversations or observation. Gratitude may also serve as a benefit in relationships with significant others, not just work relationships. If you want the right person, be the right person first, you could say. And if you want the right and deserving rewards in your goals, be that type of person who deserves it first.

If you do not know how to achieve a good self-esteem then just instill this Bible verse in your diary: "Do unto others as you would have them do unto you." ; The Golden Rule, aka Matthew 7:12. Just instill a care to the universe, and you will then instill satisfaction and self-care within you. There is a reason why they call it the Golden rule. When you want peace in the universe, you will recognize peace also for your well-being. (Multiple studies have been made, that care towards others is the biggest solution or cure to depression.) The Golden Rule is truly the key to success. This Bible verse or key idea is all about deep satisfaction. Love is the biggest highway to satisfaction, because we all want it and feel secure within it. Give out to the world, what you want for yourself, and it will come back to you in multitudes. If you have bitterness still, just read God's word: the 'Bible', anytime of the day and apply it in your life. However, the Bible is all based from that single verse, the Golden Rule. It is the summary of all of God's Words combined together, so keep it always at the forefront of your mind.

You find yourself in your Simple Joys.

Are you feeling unmotivated at work? Let's insert motivation where it is lacking. This is sometimes a problem of women, at their day-job. If you feel down or unable to do your job, or at your stay-at home business, do other things to distract yourself for awhile. Take a breather, even if you think you've been slacking already for months or even if it has been a year since you have set your foot back in the stables! Because during this breather, you will, instead, motivate yourself through happiness. Take note that I said "happiness"! It doesn't even have to relate or have to do anything with your work. Just take time to be happy. And recognize "breathers" are not about just taking time off and being lonely and sad, and having self-pity. Some people do this, because they feel already worn out and sad of disappointments. Take time instead, to think about what makes you sincerely happy, and forget those problems. If it is a "good" addiction, then indulge in this activity. (Just not drugs, haha, jk.) If it is a passion or just hanging with the right people, give yourself that time. Happiness and joy in life, helps you always get back on track stronger than before to the things you need to really focus on.

"Breathers" always make you more motivated, because you find your true self in your certain joys, and you then can apply it in your job and come up with more ideas. In other words, happiness exercises the brain and breathes out more creativity and visions, which then leads to more goals, dreams and the right mindset eventually. We all need breathers at times, because sometimes we get burnt out, even if we are passionate at our work. Breathers may be anything from our significant others, that morning workout, that time with your dog at late nights on the couch, a stress-reliever of music in your earbuds during a sauna session, or even a vacation to your province for three days off of work. It can be from just fifteen minutes to two hours, or from a day to probably a year. You can even take off three minutes, while at your day-job in the office, to indulge in a favorite bag of chips. It is important to also choose something you are passionate about as a career, because the better you will make at it as a living. *Read my past article, "Her Sweet Success!".

Kicking out any of the Extra Baggage.

When you are looking forward to your goals, it is difficult if you are also looking backwards. Yes, you've heard that one. This is the obvious idea: Don't look back, look ahead. It has already been noted millions of times, but I need just to remind, because this notion is overlooked too much these days, since it seems all too obvious. So let's remind again and again, we can look back on our past mistakes, to just reflect, on what we did right and wrong, and this is actually good, but only for a while, because we must be focused always on what is ahead and in the present. Instead we can turn our mistakes into something that will motivate and challenge us to do better than before, something "key" that we learned from. An opportunity instead of a letdown. Always remember, you are just learning the ropes as you go along. Don't be hard on yourself. Everyone experiences trials, or we wouldn't be trying hard enough. An expert was once a strongly-motivated beginner, who learned through positive dedication.

Anyways, to put it straight forward, once you are positive about yourself and your tested situations, you will attract what you deserve. You will have more blessings, because that is the aura you give out to the world and the vibe you magnetize in return. What you give, is what you receive? Karma, is not a b*tch in this sense. Not saying that there will be no hard times to come. There will, as always, but just view them as challenges, instead, and look at them as all a part of your learning experience to a better version of you. A "Girl Boss" is always ready to take on the world, and loves being tested, to see how far she can go. This is what feeds her and makes her who she really needs to be.
