As the years wear on, since the olden ages, women have been prioritizing their physique more and more. While in today's generation, we have been learning to be more accepting of our natural curves and the new "chubby" is the new "okay", however, in the same manner we still lose sight of what is actually healthy and important to a percentage of young women. Eating disorders are becoming common to girls, now, on Instagram, and other social feeds, for using their physique as their name title. Here we will talk about how to embrace your "body talk", and go back to the basics, of what you, probably learned, when you, first, just were a child. This is that eating in a healthy manner, but with moderation, and a good, altruistic care to your "bodily messages", should be highly esteemed. To those girls who are curious as to what is a "body talk" and how to embrace it, here is the article, written for them, and even to those, who are actually much over weight to the note of their licensed physician, and want a change, read further. Let's embrace the points I will note off in this article:

Eating Six Times a Day:

We should be eating seven to six times a day as per the stress of a dietician's comment and note to your health, right? If you haven't heard it, now you have. However, this doesn't mean just eating directly, exactly, in this fashion, without following your appetite's metabolism, just for the sake of this rule. You should just make sure to eat breakfast, and not skip meals, when you are hungry. Basic... Right? The meals earlier in the day matter the most. And if you haven't ate earlier in the day, make sure to eat a big meal at dinner or late afternoon, to make up for the lost nutrition to keep your body functioning in a way that synchronizes your metabolism. However, don't make eating much later in the day a habit.

Eating frequently, in smaller amounts is the best route in your health routine, because you should be feeding your aura and metabolism, insisting upon yourself that your health is always at its best and natural peak. Once, you master eating breakfast, you will notice, too, that you will have a more healthy appetite throughout the day. This isn't a bad thing, as you noticed I said "healthy". It is the normal, and needed fashion, of being regularly hungry, however in the right portion control, noted by a dietician to your height, gender and age. Unless you are an athlete, or very active, you will be maybe consuming a little more. And also note to remind yourself to also get in that much needed deep sleep of eight hours, and going to bed at the right time, say around 10pm. Your weight and physique is also affected, by your manner of sleeping habits.

Sluggish?:

So what is this article pointing to? Eating frequently throughout the day is better than starving your bodily system, at given times or a long period of time, because you also will tend to look sluggish in your physique and body. How you take care of yourself, shows! Without food, you also tend to have less liquids, and your body cannot run at its best function and do the necessary healthy cleansing of your dietary tract and also the cleansing of your whole body, in all, in order to take out the bad fluids, and make you always feel awake or "alive" for that fact! Now, if you are a working individual in an office, or an active women on the go, you will understand this matter more. You will get tired if you are not eating properly, because your body should actually be eating in a frequent manner, especially if you are using your muscles or your brain, each hour. If you are not active in some form, you should insist upon it, because staying in bed all day, or watching movies at home, can be very tiresome for the body, and give it a lazy manner in "grooming". (It also is unattractive to your persona and personality as a whole, if you are a lazy woman.)

Your Bodily Fluids:

So how can we use these few notes to advantage, when it comes to talking about liquids or "water" for that instance? The body is made of almost 90 percent liquids. Every time you eat, you drink. Every time you starve your body, it is looking for the solids first before it takes in any water or other beneficial fluids, like fruit juice or milk. In this manner, you need to always be eating, so you can always be drinking. And if you are just drinking water, but dieting at the same time, in an "unhealthy" manner, you will eventually get burnt out because your body needs sugars, unless you know what you are exactly doing. This is why sometimes when you haven't eaten, your body is craving a soda or some sugary drinks to some amount.

In a say, your brain is thirsty for the good stuff! So it is best to just be eating frequently throughout the day, in smaller meals, with a drink always at hand, like a water, which is best, or say a healthy, natural juice... and in between the meals you are consuming, also having those snacks at 10am and at 2 to 4pm and again at 9, at night. And if you stay up too late, a midnight snack will ready your brain, before you fall asleep. Really it is three to four real meals, a day, depending on the size of your snacks in between breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Now that we mentioned, the importance of meals, in consistence with fluids, let's take note of the many beneficial drinks to consume for your daily hydration. It actually depends on your lifestyle, and the weather or climate where you are living, on the type of hydration you will also consume. If you are in a hot climate, you may be drinking more sugary drinks, because of the lost electrolytes continuously trying to keep your core body temperature at an even. And in a more cold climate, you can drink whatever your body feels comfortable or craving for at that time, mostly. Take note, I have said craving. Your body is smart. It tells you what you need and what it wants at that moment. It doesn't trick you, and give you a bad outcome in your sought after goals to your health or physical appearance. But whatever the matter, water should be your first, and laid out bottom choice, for hydration.

The other great drinks that are needed most for women, at our age and young adult lifestyle, is actually anything sugary, because at ages 21 to 37, we are very active, busy and stressed always. Since we are not children anymore, however, we should try and stay away from dairy products, as much as possible, as they cause weight gain, and a heavy ache to the intestinal tract. The only time to drink milk, is per say, on a rare basis, when you are just simply in the mood, and need the calcium, or when you need to fall asleep after a long, hard day. Actually, whole-fat milk is in rare cases known to lead to some forms of breast cancer in new studies, as noted by doctors, in older women, if you drink it in too much access. That's why 1% or skim milk has been made available for the younger women nowadays. But if your body, craves it, then it is certainly okay, in good moderation, or maybe even when you are pregnant.

Moderation, in its latest form of the 90's, should be key again:

Let's put an idea thought to stand: Just remember too much of anything, ain't good for you! And if you are worried about your weight, like girls do sometimes, just take things in moderation, and stop eating or drinking something, when your body says "enough!", already. Other than that, you should learn that everyone has a different body type and you should learn to be comfortable in your own skin, unless noted by your physician that you need to lose weight. If then, then try eating in a more healthy manner, through the right portion sizes and balanced meals. (Take note of the food pyramid!) You can ask he/she, your doctor, what form of weight loss is best. However, moderation, and a slow weight-loss plan, that is not drastic, actually leads to the best, permanent results. If you are just five pounds overweight, please don't panic, because there is not really any wrong to this much weight difference, since girls are so picky and perfectionist these days... unless your doctor has hints that you are having an unhealthy habit in your daily manners, such as an unusual intake to alcohol frequently, then no need to pout.

In this manner, whatever how, and whatever way, you should always listen to your body's signals of what to give it, at the proper time. If you feel like you need something sweet, then you actually do. If you feel like you need something wholesome, then drink something with a little fat or a latte, which will also keep you alert. Giving your body the things it craves, actually help shape your body for physical fitness, instead of the other way around. Because your body is telling you the things it needs to run on a smooth and "right way" of daily self-care, kind of like an engine in a running motor of a car. Without the proper care, it cannot take the next steps, that it "naturally" does for you, in order to give you the results you actually are seeking. The body will naturally keep the weight it needs, and shed off the extra unnecessary weight it doesn't, if you have the right portions, balanced nutrition and eat when you are hungry, only and always. You cannot have the energy to shed off those extra pounds, in other words, slowly, and "gradually", that your body needs, over time, to lose weight, unless you eat in a healthy manner. Unless you start treating your body in a "sensitive" and "altruistic" manner, you also will suffer the consequences. And the best way for shedding those pounds is "gradually, overtime", because it is much easier on your health, than a crash diet, that may bounce back the weight afterwards, because of lost sugars and liquids.

Your body doesn't and never will lie, and it is best to follow its hinted messages to you, every minute. The main thing that is starving actually, is your brain, so it knows what it wants. And if you ever are, feeling sick, under the weather, weak or if you just feel like you haven't been taken care of in your daily appearance, just drink some water. Water is always the best medicine, compared to any other nutrition under the sun. You can go without food for three weeks on survival mode, but a human body can only last three to four days, without water, so now you know which is actually the most important.

Lastly!:

And, for the percentage of you women out there, who are still insecure to your body, every girl's body is different. Sometimes it depends on your lifestyle or physical activity on a daily basis, but everyone for the most part has different genetics and compositions or built from their birth parents. Women should stop trying to achieve something that is not fit to their health, if they are doing it in an unhealthy or unrealistic manner. If women just listen to their "body talk", they will eventually get the body fit for their bone built and and body type that is healthy and beautiful for them. If you seem sluggish or have a "lazy", dull appearance, it is usually probably because you are also sluggish in your food intake or how you eat or sleep, or maybe you aren't drinking enough correct fluids. Just remember listen to your "body talk", because it takes you where you actually need to go, and gives you the desires you will love and will eventually embrace in the end. Remember, "HEALTHY" is attractive. And everyone, has their own type of "attractive" fit to them. If you don't know what certain foods to eat, just remember the food pyramid, and visit a dietician at least once per year, or every two years. And actually, no matter your weight, walking once or twice a day, or in any form of fashion, is very healthy.
