Going through life like it is just the motions always? Do you feel without a purpose at times? Are you unsure why you feel this way? Do you feel confused? I have written my first blog about feelings of depression from "Rekindle Your Desire to Live". Of course, always keeping active and busy, and doing new things may help cure any thoughts of confusion you may feel, but first and foremost, you should also think of your relationship with God. If you already have an inner peace, with your situation and those around you, and all your demons are out of the closet, then your life will be more bare-able. This is where God comes into the picture. An inner needed desire of salvation should be felt in times of need. And I will write about the simple in this blog that you already learned at the starting stages of your life. I will just write this blog as a reminder to those who need to hear it, at the moment.

Let me talk about the mere fact that "God is Love". I want to point out that the people in your life are actually those who give you direction. The people who you love and who love you back. The people who are always there for you. And those who you can synch with on a mutual understanding. Where you two can see eye to eye in knowing you, down to the bottom of your heart, care for each other, when it comes down to the willing. If they need something, you got their back. And likewise for you.

What is this called for you then? It is your purpose. And it is the same to the most powerful and yet, gentle word in this universe: LOVE, which I can now use in this term, is the same definition as God. Now, this word, should only be used, in this sense, when it is truly sincere. If you want to have a rock of healing, in special times of necessity, what is it? God is the simply the answer to that. Jesus is what keeps us going, always. God ignites in us the love and desire to live and fulfill our purposes in society. Love is what drives society in this manner, so to conclude. So we could also say that love is also a definition of HOPE.

Your dreams, your passions, your desires are all derived from the fact that you already have a healthy and stable relationship, in this termed universal truth and strength. A healthy relationship to yourself is also included in this factor. Some don't have a healthy relationship with others, but they have an inner peace of self-love towards themselves, so they can live life in a more healthy and proper manner for some period of time. However, whatever you do to others, fires back at you eventually. And it should be reminded the simple factor, that how you treat yourself or see yourself, counteracts on how you treat and care for others.

How does this all relate to depression then, when it comes down to the serious?

Well, love drives your happiness and will in this world, and counteracts with your felt desires throughout the day, with what is called Karma, in how you treat those around you that God has put into your life, on purpose. They are your responsibility. Put Prayer into this matter now, I will. Prayer is a blessing. It sets your life in direction every time you sit down and run your thoughts through. If you haven't felt the presence of God before, then you haven't lived your life yet. God shows you the way every time you talk to Him, if you have a problem. He cares about you in ways you couldn't even imagine humanly possible. So if you want answers to why you have a lost of meaning, start first with this universal center truth of "Prayer is the answer," in your life. Then God will show you the way. Things happen for a reason. This is when you need to go back to God. Otherwise you can be certain instability, burdens, confusion will all come its way, at some point and you will not be ready. God can heal you with any emptiness or regrets that are bothering you.

Talking about regrets? Regrets are the bear knots in pushing a loss of your full sense. Having an unsettled lack of forgiveness towards yourself can be defined as a Sin, because God never wants you in a suffer. It is understandable, but not healthy if felt for too long. You don't have to live in shame of any past mistakes, because they were already taken to the Cross with Jesus. If you hurt, God hurts too. We are all human and God knows that, which is why He did what He did thousands of years ago. He is never angry at you, but is instead, waiting for you to come to his presence, always, in search of a healing. Don't always be so hard on yourself. God is the answer, always. And your relationship to yourself and those around you takes affect in a similes of concurrence. Everything, which the Bible teaches, should be your core. It teaches you the way of proper living, in order to protect you from depression and everything that wills you down in this hard world. It can also be defined as the Book of Love that is summed up into the Golden Rule, which you may know at top common sense. However, may have forgotten if you felt too much pain for too long or maybe if you couldn't cope up with stressful situations.

I titled this blog with lost salvation, not because of the mere fact, if someone reading this, so happened to not have became a Believer in Christ yet, but also a lost salvation can mean just as simple as a lost prayer. Every prayer you make saves you. Prayers are so powerful and important. They should be made a habit.

So where does depression begin with? It is when you have seem to lost sight of your universal truth. Finding your way back mainly goes back to Jesus through Prayer and His teachings. This blog points at the simplicity commonly behind your purpose in life and what blocks you in its path, just for a reminder. You may be even mourning a loss, breakup or carrying a financial burden. This is the worse, and may seem impossible to overcome. Pain is healthy to be felt in a certain amount. Those feelings were meant to be there, or we wouldn't be human, but not in a manner as to punish yourself for a period too long. This is where prayers come to the table. It lifts your burdens as God levels up with you and takes all you have holding you back, back onto the cross. This is what God does. He hears. He heals. And He truly cares, even when you would like to think otherwise.

Note, I am uplifting the Christian and Catholic Faith all throughout my blogging, because it is quite different from other religions, if you have experienced it. The Christian and Catholic Faith is the most healthy faith and most reasonable, in my overall opinion. It helps you be at your best and foremost, especially in taking care of yourself and also taking care of the people around you. If a religion is causing you to suffer or those around you to suffer, do you really think that, that God they believe in, truly cares about you? Sorry, but I had to say it. I just want to make you think, just for a single moment.
