Why the Coffee?

I came to realize over my past early and blooming late twenties, that coffee flushes out everything. I know I am keen on it, by mentioning it a few times too often, here on my blog, but in reality if you notice it has many healthy aids and saves in the same manner. It helps clear the skin in a way, because you are flushing out toxins or unwanted foods and fatty acids after certain meals. And in the same process it makes you feel less stressed and weightless during the day, from the caffeine and the heavy cleansing. And especially the bland, sometimes bitter taste plays an awesome role in making you feel more alert and alive. Yes, you know what I am talking about for you coffee addicts and fanatics out there. In this blog, I will note off why coffee, and a other few certain pure, natural foods may be a big help. As in a secret way to make you feel more fresh and light through out the week. And in the end more rejuvenated. And no, it isn't just because I am home run hitting coffee here for the sake of a favorite sip.

Cucumbers, Simple, but go the extra mile in a Salad.

First off, before I get into such details of the awesomeness of coffee, lets look at a vegetable that may be just as much a save in your daily regimen or intake. This vegetable you may ask so... is Cucumbers. Cucumbers, straight forward as it is, are rich in Vitamin K. They consist with 60 percent Vitamin K. What does this mean? Well, if you analyze how you feel, yourself, after eating cucumbers twice a week, for one month, or even once, every two to three days, after a month is finished, you will feel like your body craved more proteins and calcium and absorbed full meals in a much fun and lighter manner. It works like a dairy product and a collagen pill, in one take. "Not really.." but somewhat so called true to a point. And I will explain about that here.

You will notice your appetite is more healthy after snacking on cucumbers with an accompany to your meals or sandwiches. Why? The reason being is that Vitamin K is a fat soluble vitamin, which is half of what a cucumber is, and this means it enhances fat absorption in meals, which makes you crave well-rounded meals more often, but, in a healthy manner. Vitamin K pushes your body to crave for the necessary fats once taken, and wherever these necessary fats are found in foods, proteins and calcium usually accompany alongside. Because of this you will tend to eat at a more full amount that your body needs, rather than snacking always in an unhealthy, stressed out manner with foods not necessary. Proteins fill you up fast. And the fiber in cucumbers satisfy you longer, because it cleanses the lining of the stomach to prepare it for the absorption of the full meal you once ate. Cucumbers are healthy to put it simply as it is. They also regulate healthy excretion after meals in the same manner, because of the fiber, and the consistency of water. You then can much easily achieve your desired weight for your height and size.

I said in other blogs, too much of anything isn't good for you. But I will say here that cucumbers should not be left out of your regular health regimen throughout the month. They should be put here or there every now and then, in a sandwich, or a salad, or your bagels even, and even in your rice meals. But never cook them, seriously, because this takes out the nutrients and all the good stuff, and it loses its sole purpose to your overall desired health benefits and outcome for the month.

The Role of Proteins & Iron Deficiency that Cucumbers Save.

Vitamin K is also great for bone metabolism, so to say, which is why I noted earlier that cucumber is like a dairy "product". When your appetite is more healthy, and you crave the most essential nutrients (protein, calcium, and the good fats), firsthand, you are more prepared for that time of the month, when it hits. Red Flag, alert! More food, more energy, and minsan in that same safe manner, more iron. Iron is a big loss through the released blood monthly. That is why we always crave sweets and even sometimes avocados, around that time, because of the lack and downward spike in our body's toll of energy. So if you are stuck on an island, cucumbers would be something you would need as a first resort, as a woman, aside from your PH Care and ofcourse, apples, as I will mention about here. Pero, ofcourse, you will need a meal to go with it, since they are still low on calories! They are just the aid, not the big dish.

Last and Fun side note!

Cucumbers, I will lastly note, to add as a positive message, can also bring out the best of the protein make-up in your hairs too. So if you want the extra save in your locks, try to also boost your health with the right diet. Taking daily supplements is a big must, which someday, I will write about in a blog, as well. But for now, I will state that cucumbers will give you a more silky, stronger and thicker outcome in your strands sometimes, on that feminine facial figure of yours, if you eat healthy veggies, such as, and keep in mind well-rounded proteins and fats. And ofcourse! Don't forget to exercise to bring out your best. How can the nutrients pumasok (enter your body) if you don't break a sweat!

Why Coffee isn't always "Bad"?

Now, let's talk about that coffee now. Huh? Adding coffee in there too with that fiber pushes the metabolism at a little extra boost, much faster. Coffee is every woman's favorite once you have reached adulthood and even in the early mornings for women who are at their late senior stages (however in a managed amount, portion controlled). Just because coffee is said to give you high energy levels that spike and then drop minsan, and that is all you notice, on a bad note, at times, that doesn't mean that it is unhealthy always or in rather... all matters. A reminder... Coffee should be used in an amount that is regulated during certain times of the day. And it should be taken in moderation, like everything else you love, despite how good it is for you. Moderation is a "key" to a success of health. And a secret of a death note, from an individual, long lived.

Coffee is best taken during meals where you feel you are most full or ate a lot, for example. Or coffee should be taken early in the morning, because that is your biggest and most full meal of the day where you need a lot of energy and didn't eat for 7 to 9 hours at the night, when your body was in a "dead zone". Sleeping is great! There is a time for rest, and there is also a time for a perk, and that is where coffee comes in. Coffee makes you go to the bathroom too, just like a tea does. But too much is not good. I will repeat. And hey, it gives you the extra energy and mental focus, and sometimes the change in mood from the caffeine, in order to finish your projects throughout the week. Have you ever heard that positive people drink coffee? If you haven't, have you noticed the people at Starbucks? Why are all the people at Starbucks so perked and in a good mood? They were hit with caffeine! Lol... no, not so seriously a fact, some of them were trained to act in those manners, but just a side, half-true reality I want you to take notice of, as an adult woman, who is built as a goal aspirer and "Dream" hungry, these days.

However, I will note off that creamer that is liquid with milk, is better than creamer that is powdered. Powder is the synthetic form of a fake android phone. Milk is your Samsung or Apple Iphone. The real milk, is what your body really craves as you will notice at times. Your brain wants the good stuff. The good nutrients. And the reason, in all reality, you need coffee, at times, is not just for the wake up or alert, but because of the calcium and protein from the milk, that makes you feel more "alive".

As kids, we always drank milk to have a good health. When you reach adulthood that milk should be taken into a less amount, but never removed completely. We should accompany it easily into our diet through a coffee. Just a small amount goes a long way throughout the day. Drinking milk regularly in one glass, may not be recommended as a grown women, however, because too much milk at adulthood can lead to weight gain, unless it is low-fat. Accompanying your small, needed milk intake with a caffeine perk, and a fresh stomach cleansing of unwanted fats daily is a great recommendation to this solution! And needed! That is why many adults love a latte. A certain coffee, that should never be left out of our regimen. And we need the milk, because we are always menstruating until we are nearing the age 45 to 55, menopause time.

Stress, and the Apples?

Well, if you want to regulate a healthy weight, which is needed of women, since they can easily get Polycystic Ovary these days and have a hard time menstruating or even getting pregnant, let's talk about apples here! Literally, we live for menstruating every, once a month! And that needs to be kept in mind. We know we need to take care of our bodies, since we are always so "drained" and stressed from this once a month ordeal. Polycystic Ovary happens when a women has gained too much weight and a small cyst at times, not too scary, occurs in the ovary. It is rather not rare these days. It prevents a regular menstruation cycle, as a result. Not just this so called cyst is a matter that should be kept in mind, but also stress! Eating healthy, having a good appetite, relieving negative stressors through exercise, and having a good set tone of a productive and busy schedule and daily regimen to help with a positive mental health of keeping the brain occupied and helping you feel a deep satisfaction at your place in society, and let's not forget, accompanying this with a good sleep habit too, all play a combination and role in a healthy feminine body. Exercising for women is best through light exercise, such as yoga, walking throughout the day, or even boxing for a little sweat. If you exercise too heavily minsan, it isn't good on a woman's motherly bearing body. That's why if you exercise too much, you sometimes don't get your period. And as a result, we don't need to question why then when men, exercise too much, they just simply get stronger and feel more alive. We are inclined the opposite.

And also, let's talk about this word, "Stress", more. Stress is too much for a certain body that is prepared each month to carry a child, kahit, (and even though) you never plan on having a child all your life or ever did bear one... your body was designed to have a child, period. You cannot do anything about that, simply. That is what it asks for every month after your monthly cycle, which is why women are more prone to stress, because of this responsible health bound output on the way we were inclined from the beginning of time during "Adam and Eve".

How does an apple play a role in all of this then?... A "simple" apple? Well, an apple is just made of water and simple carbs. Simple carbs of a fruit consistency, which is the main thing a body needs to keep going when it is at a low on energy level. As in for the sake of a snack perk during the middle of the day, say at 4pm or even at 7 to 9 pm. These are the times when you need a little push in your stomach to feel full aside from the proteins and special fats you ate throughout your meals all day or throughout the week. Aside from this, apples have practically none to little fat, and are rich in simple sugars aside from the water such as fructose, sucrose and glucose. These HEALTHY sugars give you the extra energy you need at times, in just a simple bite. Apples, overall are good for the eyes and normal blood health and flow, especially concerning the pump production within the inside of the heart. It creates regular urinary tract cleansing and digestive benefits as a common fact, because of the water and fiber as a fruit. It is good after a meal, at times. Just like bananas. (Bananas are good in the Philippines Climate.) Overall, apples help manage your weight, because they keep you fuller, longer. And they have vitamins too! A little plus, you could say. So, with a mother, or a so-to-become mother, even if it never happens, these apples simply do the trick of curbing those stressors. To prevent polycystic ovary or to keep a good healthy weight, which in turn leaves you more satisfied... keep an apple in your purse.

So Why Do these Small Changes in Diet matter?

So to sum up, why did I point out coffee, and accompany cucumbers in this blog also? Why the three, small "Brady Bunch"? Because together these three intakes of nutrients or special foods you could say, keep the body at a good energy level, and at a healthy push state for regulating good weight management, when taken in moderation. Just eat an apple once or twice a day. That is all. And then join your cucumbers in sandwiches, salads, bagels or even wraps. And add a coffee, ONCE, a day, filled with the right nutrients! Make sure you know what is in your coffee at times, because not all coffees are the best for you.

If you really want to lose weight however, taking these three into account and also eating more on grapefruit can really do you more into favor. If you have gained extra pounds from stress, eating grapefruit twice a day, every day for two weeks, will shed pounds accompanied with the right cardio exercise. And then during the month when you have your red flag, keep it in touch to add in some dark chocolate and a bowl of healthy avocados, rich in the good stuff. Avocados are great for women, because of their iron consistency and the healthy, fatty "good" oils. All these help for a good desired weight goal for your height and size, and then also the right energy levels when it comes to your office work, or any job you have daily, whether it is a stay-at-home mom or a simple, yet delightful waitress at a restaurant. It will also change your mood too, which you might want to take into account. Your brain acts on impulse of what you eat at times. If you eat healthy, you are in a better mood. Let's note that your mood sometimes affects how you work or get things done. What you eat matters, and women may not notice this always since they are too caught up in family problems or a significant other at adulthood dating, but health should always come into account, even in the simple, yet smallest things.
